Victor is great to work with and is a master of his craft. We have done several remodel projects in our life but this is our first complete build. Victor has made this so easy and fun for us. This is the funnest project I have ever done. Victor told us up front, “I can make any changes you want along the way, don’t hesitate to ask.”. And ask we have. We have moved walls, completely rearranged bathrooms (multiple times, sorry Victor), added rooms, added dropped ceilings, reduced window sizes, moved doors and windows, etc. Victor doesn’t even blink when we ask for changes, he just says “no problem” and it is done. Yes, of course there are costs associated with the majority of the changes but they are nominal compared to what we have heard from other builds. We talked to several builders on the island and Victor’s pricing is highly competitive. Most importantly, the quality of materials and the experience of Victor’s team and quality of work is exceptional. There are several builds going on in our neighborhood at the same time as ours. We clearly see the aspects mentioned stand out in comparison. Victor is an excellent communicator. He responds very promptly anytime. This is very important to us. I could go on.
